Note: This is a starter terms page for beta use. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor, and it does not yet include payment terms, SLAs, or data processing terms in full — those should be added, ideally with legal input, before this moves from beta into standard paid onboarding.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Continuum FD website and, where applicable, your access to the Continuum FD platform during the beta period. By using this website or signing up for a trial, you agree to these terms.

The beta programme

Continuum FD is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the platform develops. Beta participants may be offered preferential rates and early access to new features in exchange for feedback, but the platform is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation during this period.

Free trial

Trials last 14 days and require no payment card. At the end of a trial, access ends automatically unless you agree to continue with a paid plan.

Your account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Your practice's records remain your property; you may export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Continuum FD lawfully and not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or interfere with its operation.

Availability

We aim to keep Continuum FD available and performant, including offline functionality where signal is poor, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

Continuum FD is provided "as is" during the beta period. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. We'll aim to notify active users of material changes.
